Angie

I can't even begin to describe how ridiculously cold this shoot was. Picture McKenzie in a long sleeve shirt, a pea coat, pants, boots and a scarf wrapped around my head. In essence I looked like a Russian immigrant. I was freezing cold. Now think of this gorgeous bride with nothing on her arms and her feet in heels. She looks like she's in beautiful 70 degree heat, but no, it was bitter cold. She was SUCH a good sport, and in the end it paid off 100%.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE these shots. I really love them!

Gowns by Pamela

Pamela called me on Monday of this week in desperate need of some shots for her ad in Utah Valley Bride Magazine. She had a previous photo shoot with a different photographer and it didn't turn out the way she had imagined, so that's when McKenzie saved the day! :) Lilly McDowell did her hair and makeup and it turned out STUNNING! We had such a great time with Pamela and her cute model (I'm embarrassed but I actually don't remember her name). I'm horrid! She did an amazing job. Needless to say we had fun, and the weather was really nice too.
Thanks Pamela, and I look forward to working with you in the future.

Amy

Amy was so much fun at her engagement session and she was even more fun at the bridal session. She has so much sass and energy that I didn't tell her to do anything, I just pointed the camera her way and shot. :) Cody and Amy decided to shoot their wedding day photos at the same time as her bridals. So we also shot on the Salt Lake Temple grounds. I'll post those images along with their reception images once they get married. Thanks again you two! I had so much fun shooting your engagement and bridals. I wish I could be there on your wedding day... Oh wait! I will be there, but I'll be shooting a different wedding at the same time. Greg will rock your wedding though. Tell all the folks from Orem High HELLO!

Michaelis Family

I love this shot because Landon is picking his nose, and Chas is eating his.

This is a shot that I took while Chase was taking a photo of Greg (my husband). Greg told him he could take a photo of him if he could take a shot of Chase after wards. I thought this was so cute!

Niki and Kirt Michaelis have been a part of my life forever!!!! I love to take photos of their family every year, because each year it seems like they've added another child. :) Niki is due in December with their 4th child, and 3rd boy. I'm so excited for their cute fam. I love you guys!

Brown Family

The Brown Family was probably one of the absolute easiest families I have ever taken photo of. Their kids were so attentive and listened to every direction I gave them. Plus they are all absolutely stunning! Thanks you guys for such a great experience. :)

Jacquart Family

So here she is again... Emma Jacquart! I think I've now lost count as to how many times I've taken her photos this year. What an adorable family.

McDowell Family

Ok, so this is a posting with two sessions. The first is when we took the McDowell kids out to a farm to get their photos with a pony. Lilly is planning on decorating the boys room in a cowboy/Toy Story theme. I think these shot are absolutely hilarious fabulous and wonderful. I was having so much fun processing them. What a great shoot!

Ok, so this next session was supposed to be their awe inspiring amazing family session. The session just happened to land on the Saturday that the storm came through. It was the only time that we could shoot beause Rob was leaving town. Anyway- we seriously got out of the car and it was just cold and snowy. So the kids were not as excited as they normally are. I actually think we got better shots then we thought at the time. I love you Lilly!
